1. What type of products do you sell?
We sell high-quality pre-designed T-shirts under a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Our designs are printed on demand after your order is placed. Please note, we do not offer custom or personalized printing.
2. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times within the U.S. typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra charge.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via PayPal only. You do not need a PayPal account to check out – you can pay with a credit or debit card via the PayPal portal.
